چکیده | ||
استادان و مربیان از ارکان اصلی فرآیند یاددهی ـ یادگیری هستند که نقش انکارناپذیری در کیفیتزایی یا کیفیتزدایی نظام آموزشی ایفا میکنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ویژگیهای استادان موفق در نظام آموزش مجازی انجامشده است. بدینمنظور از روش پدیدارشناسی برای شناسایی و بازنمایی عمق پدیده موردبررسی، استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از 14مصاحبه عمیق نیمهساختاریافته با دانشجویان و استادان دورههای مجازی دانشگاه تهران گردآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها مبتنی بر راهبرد هفت مرحلهای کُلایزی انجام شد. تحلیل مصاحبهها، منجر به شناسایی و دستهبندی 4 مقولة اصلی شامل مهارتهای الکترونیکی، ویژگیهای آموزشی، ویژگیهای پژوهشی و ویژگیهای اخلاقی و رفتاری گردید. یافتهها نشانداد تدریس اثربخش در آموزش مجازی، مستلزم توانمندیهای بیشتری نسبت به تدریس در دورههای حضوری است که به نظر میرسد این مهم، با ذهنیت موجود در استادان دانشگاهی و بهویژه متولیان نظام آموزش مجازی در دانشگاهها، ناهمخوان است. بررسی وضعیت فعلی، وجود شکاف عمیق بین کیفیت مدرسان مورداستفاده در این دورهها، با وضعیت موردنیاز، را آشکار ساخت. | ||

Professors and trainers are the main pillars of the teaching-learning process who play an undeniable role in improving the quality of the educational system. The present study was conducted to identify the characteristics of successful instructors of virtual education. For this purpose, phenomenological method was used to identify and delineate the depth of the phenomenon under the study. Data from 14 semi-structured interviews with students and professors of the University of Tehran were gathered and analyzed. Data analysis was conducted based on Colaizzi's strategy. Analysis of the data from the interviews itenfited four main categories including: electronic skills, educational features, researchist features and moral characteristics and behavior. The findings showed that effective teaching in virtual education requires special capabilites and the current status is far from the ideal situation. | ||
