| پیشینه و اهداف: امروزه نقش حرفه ای معلمان تربیت بدنی به درجه‌ای از اهمیت رسیده است که صاحبنظران تعلیم و تربیت، بر این باورند که تحقق اهداف و ایجاد تحول در امور ورزشی تنها با استانداردسازی حرفهای صحیح و علمی امکان‌پذیر است. کشور ما نیز به دلیل موقعیت خاص جغرافیایی، جمعیت دانش آموزی و برنامه‌هایی برای آموزش، معلمان تربیت بدنی منطبق با استانداردهای حرفهای مورد نیاز دارد. در این میان آموزش و پرورش به دلیل نقش و رسالتی که بر عهده دارد از اهمیت و حساسیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. با توجه به نقش معلمان تربیتبدنی در تحقق اهداف مدرسه و نیز لزوم برخورداری آنان از استانداردهای حرفهای؛ برخی از اظهارنظرات مسئولین و صاحبنظران حاکی از کم توجهی نظام آموزشی به این مقوله میباشد؛ به طوری که وزیر محترم آموزش و پرورش در بیست و هشتم آبانماه هزار و سیصد و نود و دو، یکی از اولویت و برنامههای خود را ارتقاء کیفیت آموزشی و نیز انتخاب معلمان شایسته و حرفهای اعلام نمود. یافتههای پژوهشی نشانگر این است که امروزه پزشکان دارای آموزش کاملاً حرفهای هستند؛ اما متاسفانه تعدادی از سازمانها، همانند آموزش و پرورش به جنبه حرفهای بودن کمتر اهمیت میدهند و به طور جدی وارد این حوزه نمیشوند. با توجه به مطالبی که بیان شد و نیز اهمیت مسأله، این سوال مطرح میشود که معلمان تربیتبدنی تا چه اندازه از استانداردهای حرفهای لازم برخوردار هستند و راهکارهای ارتقاء استاندارد و معیارهای حرفهای آنان کدام است؟ از اینرو هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی استانداردهای حرفهای معلمان تربیتبدنی بود. روش‌ها: جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمام معلمان تربیتبدنی استان البرز بود که بر اساس گزارش آموزش و پرورش استان 120 نفر بودند. از بین این جامعه و با استفاده از جدول مورگان 90 نفر به عنوان نمونه و به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری داده‌ها، در این پژوهش از نوع میدانی و ابزار اندازه‌گیری، پرسشنامه استانداردهای حرفهای معلمان تربیتبدنی ایالت کنتاکی آمریکا بود. تحلیل داده‌ها براساس آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. یافته‌ها: یافتههای پژوهشی نشان داد بطور کلی وضعیت معلمان تربیتبدنی در قیاس با استانداردهای حرفهای یک معلم تربیتبدنی از وضعیت مناسبی برخوردار است، اگرچه در برخی از استانداردها نیاز به تلاش و برنامهریزی بیشتری مشاهده شد؛ بویژه ضعف معلمان تربیتبدنی در بکارگیری فناوریهای آموزشی در برنامههای آموزشی کلاس درس تربیتبدنی. نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر میرسد با توجه به اینکه امروزه نقش فناوری در توسعه قوی‌تر برنامههای آموزشی بویژه آموزش ورزش بر همگان ثابت شده باشد، ضعف در این مولفه بسیار مهم، موجب تردید در کیفیت آموزشی این گروه از معلمان باشد. لذا لازم است تلاش جهت تقویت این عنصر در معلمان تربیتبدنی استان مذکور از طرف متولیان آموزش و پرورش باید از جایگاه ویژه برخوردار شود. | ||

| Background and Objectives: Today, the professional role of physical education teachers has reached such a level of importance that education experts believe that achieving goals and creating change in sports affairs is only possible with correct and scientific professional standardization. Our country also needs physical education teachers who comply with professional standards due to its specific geographical location, student population, and programs for education. In the meantime, education is of special importance and sensitivity due to the role and mission it carries out. Considering the role of physical education teachers in achieving school goals and the need for them to have professional standards; some comments by officials and experts indicate that the educational system pays little attention to this category; So that on November 18, 1992, the Minister of Education announced one of his priorities and programs to improve the quality of education and to select competent and professional teachers. Research findings indicate that today, doctors have a completely professional education; but unfortunately, a number of organizations, such as education, give less importance to the aspect of professionalism and do not seriously enter this field. Considering the above-mentioned information and the importance of the issue, the question arises as to what extent physical education teachers have the necessary professional standards and what are the solutions to improve their standards and professional criteria? Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to evaluate the professional standards of physical education teachers. Methods: The statistical population of this study was all physical education teachers in Alborz province, which, according to the provincial education report, were 120 people. From this population, 90 people were selected as a sample using the Morgan table and multi-stage cluster sampling method. The data collection method in this study was field type and the measurement tool was the Kentucky Physical Education Teachers Professional Standards Questionnaire. Data analysis was performed based on descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings: The research findings showed that in general, the status of physical education teachers is in a good position compared to the professional standards of a physical education teacher, although in some standards, more effort and planning were needed; especially the weakness of physical education teachers in using educational technologies in physical education classroom educational programs. Conclusion: It seems that considering that today the role of technology in the stronger development of educational programs, especially sports education, has been proven to everyone, the weakness in this very important component causes doubts about the educational quality of this group of teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to give special importance to efforts to strengthen this element in physical education teachers in the province by education authorities. | ||
