چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی مبانی هستی‌شناختی نظریه درمان شناختی–رفتاری(CBT) ، به تحلیل پیش‌فرض‌های فلسفی نهفته در این رویکرد روان‌درمانی می‌پردازد. این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و روش اسنادی–تحلیلی و با بهره‌گیری از تحلیل مفهومی و تفسیر تطبیقی متون روان‌شناختی و فلسفی انجام شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌ دهد که فلسفه‌ی رواقی، اگزیستانسیالیسم و ذن بودیسم بیشترین تأثیر را در شکل‌گیری بنیان‌های هستی‌شناختی پیشگامان شناخت‌درمانی داشته‌اند. مؤلفه‌های کلیدی این مبانی شامل نفی مبدأ هستی، انکار موجودات مجرد و غیرمادی، و تصور جهان و آفرینش به‌ عنوان پدیده‌ ای بی‌ هدف است. چنین پیش‌فرض‌هایی، به‌ویژه در پیوند با نگرش اگزیستانسیالیستی، فاصله‌ی قابل‌توجهی میان شناخت‌درمانی و نگاه الهی در اندیشه اسلامی ایجاد می‌کند و محدودیت‌هایی در درک جامع از معنای زندگی و هستی انسان به‌وجود می‌آورد. این پژوهش بر ضرورت بازخوانی انتقادی نظریه‌های روان‌درمانی از منظر هستی‌شناسی تأکید دارد و اهمیت تحلیل فلسفی مبانی را برای فهم عمیق‌تر تجربه انسانی برجسته می‌سازد.

چکیده [English]
The present study aims to explore the ontological foundations of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) theory and analyze the philosophical assumptions underlying this psychotherapy approach. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach and a documentary-analytic method, using conceptual analysis and comparative interpretation of psychological and philosophical texts. The findings show that Stoic philosophy, existentialism, and Zen Buddhism have had the greatest influence on the formation of the ontological foundations of the pioneers of cognitive therapy. Key components of these foundations include the denial of the origin of existence, the denial of abstract and immaterial entities, and the conception of the world and creation as a purposeless phenomenon. Such assumptions, especially in conjunction with the existentialist perspective, create a significant gap between cognitive therapy and the divine perspective in Islamic thought and create limitations in a comprehensive understanding of the meaning of life and human existence. This research emphasizes the necessity of a critical rereading of psychotherapy theories from an ontological perspective and highlights the importance of philosophical analysis of the foundations for a deeper understanding of human experience.
