| پیشینه و اهداف: هدف از این پژوهش تعیین تاثیر 6 هفته تمرینات اسلکلاین بر تعادل ایستا و پویای دختران نوجوان بود. روشها: تعداد 30 دختر نوآموز رشته صخره نوردی 12-9 ساله بصورت تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین و کنترل تقسیم شده و گروه تمرین، طی 3 جلسه در هفته و به مدت 6 هفته به انجام تمرینات تعادلی بر روی اسلکلاین پرداختند. تعادل ایستا و پویای آنها با دستگاه تعادل سنج بایودکس اندازه گیری شد و داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های t وابسته و مستقل تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات اسلکلاین منجر به تفاوت معنیداری در تعادل ایستا در شاخص کلی (010/0= p)، جهت قدامی خلفی (035/0= p) و جهت میانی جانبی (006/0= p) و تعادل پویا در شاخص کلی (001/0= p)، قدامی خلفی (014/0= p) و جهت میانی جانبی (000/0= p) ایجاد می کند و در گروه تمرین نسبت به گروه کنترل به طور معناداری بهتر بود (05/0> p). نتیجهگیری: این یافته ها نشان می دهد که تمرینات اسلکلاین باعث بهبود تعادل ایستا و پویای دختران نوجوان می شود و می توان از این فعالیت به عنوان زیربنایی جهت بهبود عملکرد تعادل در سایر مهارتها استفاده کرد. | ||

| Background and Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the effect of 6 weeks of slackline training on the static and dynamic balance of adolescent girls aged 9 to 12 years. Methods: 30 novice female rock climbers were randomly divided into training and control groups. The training group performed balance exercises on a slackline for 6 weeks, 3 sessions per week. The static and dynamic balance of the participants was measured using the Biodex Balance System. Data were analyzed using paired and independent t-tests. Findings: The results showed that slackline training significantly improved static and dynamic balance in the training group compared to the control group. Improvements were observed in the overall static balance index (p = 0.010), anteroposterior direction (p = 0.035), and mediolateral direction (p = 0.006), as well as in the overall dynamic balance index (p = 0.001), anteroposterior direction (p = 0.014), and mediolateral direction (p = 0.000). Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that slackline training is an effective intervention for enhancing static and dynamic balance in adolescent girls. As such, incorporating slackline exercises into training regimens can be a valuable method to improve balance and overall motor skill performance. | ||
