| چکیده | ||

| چکیده [English] | ||
| This article examines the fundamental challenges of prayer in Shiite culture with an ontological-phenomenological and anthropological approach, focusing on the Sahifa al-Sajjadiyah. The main issue of the research is that the obstacles to the formation and continuation of prayer cannot be reduced solely to moral weaknesses or social pressures; rather, these fundamental obstacles are rooted in the existential relationship of man with God, the quality of the experience of presence, and the way the intention and language of prayer are formulated, and the nature of man. The research was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method and based on a textual study of the Sahifa al-Sajjadiyah and its mystical and philosophical commentaries, including in the Sadr tradition and theoretical mysticism. The findings show that prayer in the Shiite tradition is not simply a worshipful act or a tool for seeking needs, but rather an existential event in which the relationship between poverty and wealth, fear and hope, free will and providence, and language and the ineffable is revealed. Also, the analysis of the structure of the prayers in the Sahifa al-Sajjadiyah spresents a kind of “prayer grammar” that is based on praise, confession of poverty, sincerity, Accordingly, five main challenges of prayer were identified, including epistemic, volitional, motivational, ontological, and practical challenges. The result of the research is that the Sahifa al-Sajjadiyah not only reflects these challenges, but also provides guidance for understanding and healing them, and explains prayer as a moment of fulfilling servitude and rebuilding man’s existential relationship with God. | ||
